When my husband and I were first married, I had no clue how to cook!  I decided to teach myself, one dish at a time.  Thirty years on...

I have four daughters and a son who all have different taste palettes.  I love to cook traditional Asian dishes but cooking for and satisfying seven people isn't easy!

In 2010, I came across the Thermomix and bought it all on the basis of its milling ability and how it could make sorbet in seconds. Little did I know that it would change my world!  When I started converting traditional Asian recipes for Thermomix, I was amazed at how easy it was to make meals that would usually require lots of preparation time. For instance, preparing Hainanese chicken rice is a cinch with Thermomix. I can steam the chicken and greens perfectly in the Varoma on top of the rice. Making the dough for my famous pork buns is also done in a matter of seconds... so you'll see many of my recipes featuring Thermomix!
With a big family like mine, there are always reasons to celebrate or cheer someone up and I honestly believe the best way is through food!
